Abstract

|
Intrapulmonary teratoma is rare : only 30 cases have been reported in the world literature.
We had experienced a case of benign intrapulmonary teratoma originated from anterior mediastinum associated with broncho-tumorous fistula, which was treated with En bloc removal of tumor and right middle lobectomy.
Post-operative course was not eventful.
